On arrival at Santiago's international airport an English speaking guide will be waiting for you in the arrivals lobby at the airport to assist you with your luggage and take you to your hotel in Santiago. Santiago is a buzzing city which in recent years has become the most dynamic and modern in South America.
A driver will collect you from the hotel to take you to the airport. for your flight north to Calama in the Atacama Desert. On arriving at Calama airport there will be a driver waiting to take you to the oasis town of San Pedro de Atacama.
Explore the Atacama
Three full days exploring San Pedro and the Atacama Desert.
The Atacama Desert is simply stunning. The oasis town of San Pedro sits by a glistening salt pan, the horizan dominated by giant 20,000ft volcanoes which turn all shades of desert colours as the sun goes down. The area is brimming with geological wonders like the towering wind sculpted rock foramtions called "the Monks" or the geyser field that sits in the crater of the el Tatio volcano.
A driver will collect you from the hotel in San Pedro and take you to Calama airport for your flight to Puerto Montt in the Chilean Lake District. On arrival at Puerto Montt airport your hire car will be ready to be collected.
Exploring the Lake District at leisure
The lake district is the perfect place for exploring at leisure in your own vehicle. Scenic roads, beautiful national parks and picturesque villages are some of the attractions. The lake district is also wonderful for active people. There are many activities that can be arranged, such as: hiking, horse riding, kayaking and mountain biking excursions; not to be missed are the many hotsprings, dotted around the northern lake district, for a good soak.

A driver will collect you from the hotel and take you to the airport for your flight to Punta Arenas in Southern Patagonia where a driver will be waiting to meet you at the airport and take you on the 3hr journey across Patagonian steppe to the town of Puerto Natales, the nearest town to Torres del Paine national park.
Three days exploring the world famous Torres del Paine park and the surrounding areas. The park is excellent for walkers and its treasures are best reached on foot. If you are not a walker, horse riding and 4x4 excursions can also be arranged.
A driver will take you to Punta Arenas airport for your flight north, back to Santiago where a driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals lobby at the airport to assist you with your luggage and take you to your hotel in Santiago.
A driver will meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the international airport for your return flight.
